Homestay Accommodation
Living with a Maltese family gives you the opportunity to experience the Maltese culture and way of life; it also offers our students better opportunities to speak in English outside of the school.
A warm welcome, caring environment and immersion into the English language are just a few things that host family accommodation offers. The ideal choice for young students, host family accommodation gives visitors the opportunity to experience our lifestyle at first-hand and get an insight into our culture and traditions.
Our caring host families provide our young students with the additional security of a home atmosphere and the chance to share their new experiences with students from a different linguistic and cultural background.
Over the last 19 years, MALTA CULTURAL ASSOCIATION® Educational Consultancy has provided quality accommodation to thousands of foreign students including school children, university students and professionals wishing to experience the Maltese way of life at an affordable price.
Our host families are warm, welcoming, open-minded people who take both pride and pleasure in sharing their knowledge of the English language as well as our history and culture. Indeed, many of our host families have established long-term friendships with our students which continue after our students have returned home.
Breakfast consists of coffee / tea, cereal with milk or toast with butter or jam. The packed lunch is optional and is made up of two sandwiches, mineral water and fruit while dinner is a three-course meal inclusive of dessert and mineral water. Dinner is served at around 6 - 8pm so that students are free to go out in the evening, either alone or to an activity organised by the school.

Self-Catering Apartments / Malta Shared Apartments
Our self-catering shared apartments are ideal for students who like their independence. Living in shared apartments gives students the opportunity to make friends with fellow MALTA CULTURAL ASSOCIATION® students living in the apartments. All apartments are within walking distance from the school (5 to 25 minutes walk).
The apartments are well kept and fully equipped with a kitchen and all cooking facilities, cutlery and utensils. Two sets of bed linen are provided upon arrival. Students are to bring their own towels. Alternatively, students can rent towels for 5 Euros per towel.
Every apartment is cleaned once a week by the school. All apartments include a TV & DVD player and free wifi connection is available in the common room.
The apartments are shared by several students from MALTA CULTURAL ASSOCIATION® and although provide a cleaning service once a week, we request that the apartments are kept clean and tidy at all times in order to be considerate towards the other students living in the apartments.
A launderette is available for students at an extra cost. Ideal for independent living!!
Hotels
A large number of hotels can be found in the vicinity of our English language school. Hotels on our list range from three to five stars. Most hotels provide a TV in the room, air-conditioning and a swimming pool.

Le Meridien 5* Hotel: Le Méridien St. Julians overlooks the shimmering Balluta Bay and consists of 276 comfortable guest rooms. The Lotus Spa offers various amenities for total relaxation: steam rooms, sauna, Jacuzzi, and a soothing heated pool.

Preluna 4* Hotel: is perfectly located in the heart of Sliema, right on the seafront and only 180 metres from the shopping centre. All rooms have been totally refurbished and new facilities have recently been added. These include Feelgood Wellness Spa, a brand new lobby and reception area and the Triton Buffet Dining Room with an openly visible kitchen and spectacular sea views.

Howard Johnson Diplomat 4* Hotel: The Howard Johnson Diplomat hotel has a superb position on the prestigious Sliema promenade. Opposite the hotel is an excellent rock bathing beach with swimming facilities. The hotel is well located near the City Center.

Malta Garden View Hotel: Situated in the quiet residential area of Swieqi and the vibrant area of St Julians, the Garden View Holiday Complex is the ideal accommodation for short or long stays. There is a well stocked food shop located just next door.

Valentina hotel: Located within St Julian’s entertainment district, this cosy hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from some school. Room amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, mini bar, and TV and internet connection. Breakfast is included and half board clients dine at the hotel’s popular restaurant situated in the next street.
Malta Le Meridien Hotel: On the edge of the seafront with striking views of the Mediterranean, Le Meridien is a 5 star Hotel within eay wlking distance of some school and in the centre of Malta's entertainmnet district. Guests can enjoy amenities such as steam rooms, sauna, Jacuzzi, and a heated pool. The Scirocco Restaurant serves exotic and spicy international cuisine, and Villa Brasserie serves modern French cuisine. The Ku de Ta Lounge & Baroffers al fresco seating with glorious sunset views of Balluta Bay.
